Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. JMShoppe reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. Payment must be completed before order processing.

You may not use JMShoppe for illegal activities, fraud, spam, scraping data, or interfering with platform security. Violation may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability
JMShoppe's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
