1-day return window, with free reverse pickup.

1-Day Return Window

You can request a return within 1 day (24 hours) of delivery. Once you request it, we automatically schedule a free reverse pickup from your address — no need to arrange courier drop-off yourself.

Eligible for Return

  • ✓ Unused with original packaging
  • ✓ All tags and accessories intact
  • ✓ Requested within 1 day of delivery
  • ✓ Not a digital product, gift card, or personalised item

How to Return

Go to Account → My Orders and select the delivered order, within 1 day of delivery

Click "Request Return" and tell us the reason

A reverse pickup is booked automatically with our courier partner

The courier picks the item up from your address — no packing slip needed, just hand it over

Once the item reaches us, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days

After 1 day

Once the 1-day window has passed, the order can no longer be returned through the app — contact support if your item arrived damaged or incorrect.
